About

If you’re reading this blog, or any blog, you’re likely to recognize the value and power of information. Information, and the lack thereof, can save lives, make money, destroy societies, create personalities, repress, liberate, and empower. Information transformed into knowledge leads to rebellious acts. The informed control their fate.

It is this great appreciation for information and knowledge that leads me to pursue tools that organize and present information to users in a way that meets the needs of the user without compromise.

One of the greatest challenges the Information Age faces is sifting through the great torrents of information that can overload our systems if not properly organized. We are constantly bombarded with information that competes for our limited attention. Because of this chaotic default, many people tire of or flee from tools that offer new streams of information.

I study and design technology solutions that infuse with the user’s environment to facilitate otherwise cumbersome activities through a healthy, holistic interface. Technology should work for the user, not vice versa.

Despite the daily flood of information many of us experience, I believe that many of our world’s inequities are caused by information scarcity. Injustices occur across the globe because people do not know how to overcome it. Access to healthcare, to legal counsel, to markets, or educational material all involve the exchange of information.

My life mission is to facilitate paths of information exchange so that anyone can have the information they need at their fingertips. My vision is an enlightened and empowered world.

This is my blog. Welcome!
